VESTRY Nominations 2018
It is that time of year when we consider new membership for the Vestry of Trinity Church. The responsibility of the Vestry is similar to that of the governing body of any organization. They are to:

· Help define and articulate the mission of the congregation;
· Support the mission by word and deed;
· Ensure effective organization and planning;
· Ensure adequate resources in leadership and in financial stewardship;
· Manage resources effectively;
· Determine that appropriate programs, policies, and proce-dures have been developed and are followed.

To serve on Vestry, a person must · be at least eighteen years of age · be confirmed · have beenmember of Trinity for at least 6 months prior to the annual meeting · make an annual pledge · attend worship services faithfully · participate in one or more ministries of the parish.

To nominate a person for Vestry, please contact the outgoing members: Scott Ryan, Annette Burke, Durham Lewis, Sara Hardin. The Annual meeting will be held on Sunday, December 3 immediately following the 10:30 service.
